I wanted to let you guys know that Lance went to the Rainbow Bridge last Thursday. I found out on Tuesday he was very sick with cancer and Wednesday I brought him into your store for a visit, he always loved going to Phydeaux, in fact, he loved going there as much as he loved his family. So I guess he considers you all as family. He died the next day so I am so grateful that despite you all being so busy, you still made time to say Hello to him. You guys REALLY added to the quality of his life, I can never thank you enough for all the smiles you brought to his face over the years, for as long as you have been in business, Lance was always ready to see you!
Thanks so much for all you guys do, we so value what you do for our pets. I'm sure I am not the only one who feels that way. Gwennie will be in sometime soon to see you all, take care, Beth

Hey... I just wanted to make sure that you knew that we all loved and will miss Lance here. I am so sorry that we didn't see this post earlier.

Personally, Lance was and always will be one of my absolute favorite doggy customers that ever came through Phydeaux's doors. I know there's not much we can do to ease the pain, but know that we're thinking of you, and that I personally will light a candle for him tonight.
